I didn’t receive any login details. What should I do?

Your username is the email address you used at checkout, and your temporary password is User123.
If you are still unable to access your account, please contact support.

What is my password?

Your temporary password is: User123
This is only for your first login. Please change this to something more personal to you once logged in.

What email address do I use to log in?

Please use the exact email address you entered at checkout. If you try a different email address, the system will not recognise your account.

I checked out as a guest. Do I still have an account?

Yes. If you checked out as a guest, an account has automatically been created for you using the email address you entered at checkout. You do not need to register again.

I’m getting an “incorrect login details” message. What should I check?

Before trying again, please check the following:

- You are using the same email address used at checkout
- The password is typed exactly as User123 (capital U, no spaces)
- There are no extra spaces before or after your email address

If it still doesn’t work, try resetting your password.

How do I reset my password?

Once logged in:

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click Settings
3. Select the Password tab
4. Enter and save your new password

If you cannot log in at all, use the Forgot Password option on the login page.

I tried to create a new account. Is that a problem?

No, but it isn’t necessary. Your account already exists if you’ve made a purchase. Please log in using your checkout email address rather than creating a new account. Your course will be in the account email your checkout with.

Where do I find my course after logging in?

Once logged in:
- Go to Enrolled Courses
- Click Start Learning on your course
If you don’t see your course listed, double-check that you’re logged in with the correct email address.

Who do I contact if I’m still stuck?

Temporary password: User123

 Please reset your password to something unique to you once logged in. To do this, follow the instructions below:

1.Navigate to your dashboard

2. Click ‘Settings’

4. Enter a new password.
